What Happens Next

Valid notices are prioritised and usually actioned within 48 hours. When we remove or disable material, we make a reasonable effort to notify the party that posted it.

Counter Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Notices missing the required information may be delayed. Please include the specific URLs – a general complaint about the site without page references cannot be actioned.
