FIRST ON FOX: DOJ Sues Spanberger’s Virginia Over Federal Agent Mask Ban, ICE Laws

The DOJ is seeking a court order to block both controversial laws from going into effect as scheduled on July 1.


Governor Spanberger, Attorney General Jones, and Commonwealth Attorney Descano have consistently worked to counter the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement agenda within Virginia. In February, Spanberger issued an executive order that rescinded a Youngkin-era directive requiring state law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration enforcement efforts.
